Britain's BOOTS (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals) has sold its 17 shops in the Netherlands and concluded a retailing agreement with the ETOS chain (AHOLD group). Under the terms of the agreement, BOOTS shops will be transferred to ETOS that will integrate them into its network of 412 shops.
