22/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The regulation concerning the Life financial instrument, for integrating the environmental dimension in EU policies and sustainable development, was published in the Official Journal L.192 of 28 July. The third stage of the implementation of Life began on 1 January 2000 and will end on 31 December 2004. The financial envelope has been set at 640 milion euro.
