10/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - Following the last terror act by ETA in Spain (on which, on Wednesday in Pamplona, a soldier, Francisco Casanova Vincente was the victim), the President of the European Commission Romano Prodi made a declaration in which he was appalled by this new act of violence, and he sends his condolences to the family and expresses his solidarity and sympathy to the Spanish government and people.
