Brussels, 10/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the acquisition by the French company Valeo S.A. of the automotive component activities from another French company: Labinal S.A.. This operation will enable Valeo to become the largest European actor in the driver operated switches sector, equipping automobile vehicles, with a market share or around 30 or 40%.
