ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The Belgian group SAIT-RADIOHOLLAND, a wireless communications systems developer and service provider for the professional market, will be buying 100% of INES NV and RAMACOM, subsidiaries of INES GROEP. The two ventures have combined turnover of around FEB 280 million and more than 30 employees. The amount of the two transactions was not made public.
