ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cars

MATRA AUTOMOBILE and the American industrial group VENTURE, acting through its European subsidiary PEGUFORM, will be setting up a 50-50 joint venture for the production of MATRA components. Baptised MATRA VENTURE COMPOSITES, it will be operational in July and its principal industrial asset will be the MATRA plant located in Theillay (Loire-et-Cher, France). This activity currently has turnover of FRF 350 million a year.
