ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) industrial equipment

Belgium's RP INDUSTRIES (turnover of FEB 530 million in 1999), specialised in the the manufacture and installation of industrial floor coverings, has bought 100% of the British group SEAMLESS HOLDINGS (consolidated turnover of GBP 3.5 million with around 40 employees). This group comprises SEMPOL SURFACES (manufacture of synthetic industrial floor coverings) and SEAMLESS SURFACES (installation).
