Philippe Lowe appointed as Neil Kinnock's chef de cabinet

Brussels, 19/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Philippe Lowe has been appointed chef de cabinet for European Commission Vice President Neil Kinnock, a post which he held from 1995 to 1997. Currently Director General of the DG Development, he will replace Andrew Cahn. The latter will be leaving the European service to become, in June, the Director for Governmental and Industrial Affairs at British Airways.
