Brussels, 03/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission considers that the first projects supported by the Structural Funds under the new programming period 2000-2006 should be launched by the month of July for Objective 1 (regions lagging behind in development) and towards the end of the year for Objective 2 (regions under reconversion).
