EIB and Nicaragua sign framework agreement

Brussels, 03/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has signed a framework agreement with Nicaragua to allow it to begin financing capital investment in that country. The projects to be financed will be adopted along the lines of the cooperation agreements between the EU and Central America.
