ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

According to the French daily Les Echos, COMPAQ FRANCE has signed a protocol agreement for the progressive acquisition of the information services company APOGEE COMMUNICATIONS (turnover of FF 140 million in 1999 with 200 employees). A first stage will see the cash acquisition of 45.6% of the capital presently held by financial investors the balance should be bought in three years.
