Brussels, 04/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abel Matutes will go next January 18 and 19 to Rabat. The meetings are planned with his Moroccan counterpart Mohamed Benaissa as well as with the Prime Minister Abderraman Youssoufi. They will also discuss the possibilities of a new EU-Morocco fishing agreement this dossier being, for Spain, determining for the bilateral relations with Morocco.
