Definitive green light from EU Council for ‘Reform and Growth Facility’ in Moldova

18/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 18 March, the Council of the European Union adopted the Regulation establishing the ‘Reform and Growth Facility’ in the Republic of Moldova, the financial pillar of the Growth Plan for Moldova, with a budget of €1.9 billion (€1.5 billion in loans and €385 million in grants) for the 2025-2027 period.
