On Tuesday 10 December, the European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Jozef Síkela, stressed the importance of the EU’s strategic partnerships in the field of critical raw materials. The Commissioner met the Zambian Minister of Mines and Minerals, Paul Chanda Kabuswe, and the Argentine Secretary of State for Mines, Luis Lucero.
