Council of Europe lends ‘comprehensive’ support to Moldova in receiving people displaced by war in Ukraine

Present at the international conference “Protecting the human rights of displaced persons” which took place in Chișinău on Tuesday 5 November, the Special Representative of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe on Migration and Refugees, David Best, confirmed the organisation’s support for Moldova in receiving people displaced by the war in Ukraine.
