EU countries close to a solution for European Peace Facility

On Monday 14 October, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, said that the Member States were close to reaching an agreement on the ‘European Peace Facility’, by moving from bond contributions to voluntary contributions, in order to lift Hungary’s blockade (see EUROPE B13502A18).
