On Monday 14 October, the Council of the EU adopted restrictive measures against seven individuals and seven entities following the transfer of missiles and drones from Iran to Russia. The sanctioned individuals and entities are linked to the development and transfer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), missiles and related technologies to Russia and to armed groups and entities undermining peace and security in the Middle East and the Red Sea region.
