European Commission proposes negotiating new EU/Sao Tomé and Principe fisheries protocol

12/07/24 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 12 July, the European Commission adopted a proposal asking the Council of the EU to authorise it, on behalf of the EU, to negotiate a new implementing protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement with Sao Tome and Principe (see EUROPE B12509A11).
