On Wednesday 10 July, the European Commission announced that it had added the XNXX website to its list of ‘Very Large Online Platforms’ (‘VLOPs’) under its Digital Services Act (DSA).
This is the 25 designation since the implementation of the DSA. Three other pornographic sites were also designated last December (see EUROPE B13318A8).
