European Banking Authority publishes technical standards and guidelines on crypto-assets

21/06/24 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 19 June, the European Banking Authority (EBA) published a set of technical standards and guidelines as part of the regulation governing the European crypto-asset market (MiCAR) (see EUROPE B13358A25).
