European Commission authorises Hungarian aid of €35 million for expansion of Hyginett toothbrush factory in Gyöngyös

21/06/24 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 21 June, the European Commission announced that it had authorised a Hungarian measure worth €35 million in favour of Hyginett Magyar-Amerikai Higiéniai Cikkeket Gyártó Kft (‘Hyginett’), part of the Procter and Gamble group, for the extension of its toothbrush manufacturing plant in Gyöngyös. The aid will reach Hyginet in the form of a direct grant of €35 million. The public funding will support Hyginett’s investment of €135.3 million....
