EU gains greater access to Ivorian market under Economic Partnership Agreement

18/06/24 (Agence Europe) – The third phase of liberalisation under the EU-Côte d’Ivoire Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) began on Tuesday, 18 June. This means that tariffs have been removed for an additional 1,000 or so European products entering the Ivorian market. Mechanical and electrical machinery, household appliances, plastics, and chemical products are all affected by this wave of liberalisation.
