Unfair foreign subsidies, European Commission closes two investigations against two Chinese consortia

The two investigations opened by the European Commission in April against two consortia participating in a Romanian call for tenders were enough for them to withdraw their bids (see EUROPE B13383A6). The two investigations will be closed following this withdrawal, the Commission said on Monday 13 May.
