European Commission takes note of Amazon and iRobot’s decision not to pursue a merger

29/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 29 January, the European Commission announced that it had taken note of the decision by Amazon (USA), which offers an online marketplace, and iRobot (USA), a manufacturer of robot hoovers, to terminate the agreement under which Amazon intended to acquire sole control of iRobot.
