19/01/24 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 17 January, the European Commission proposed that the Council of the European Union authorise it to negotiate, on behalf of the EU, the conclusion of a new protocol implementing the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the EU and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.
