15/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 15 January, the European Union added four more people to the list of people sanctioned in connection with the situation in Haiti. They are four gang leaders: Johnson Andre (alias Izo), leader of the ‘5 Segond’ gang, Renel Destina (alias Ti Lapli), leader of ‘Grand Ravine’, Wilson Joseph (alias Lanmo San Jou), leader of ‘400 Mawozo’, and Vitelhomme Innocent, leader of the ‘Kraze Barye’ gang. This decision transposes a measure adopted by the United Nations on 8 December 2023.
