EU reinstates anti-dumping duty on Chinese products

28/11/23 (Agence Europe) – The European Union has decided to re-impose a ‘new exporter’ anti-dumping duty on imports of melamine from China, in an implementing regulation published in the Official Journal of the EU on Tuesday 28 November. The request for a review of the regulation was lodged by the Chinese company Xinjiang Xinlianxin Energy Chemical Co. Ltd in April 2022.
