Alliance ministers welcome extension of pause in Gaza

On Tuesday 28 November, NATO foreign ministers welcomed the extension of the truce in Gaza.

“Ministers welcomed the extension of the pause in hostilities between Israel and Hamas, the release of hostages, the much-needed relief for the people of Gaza and the delivery of more humanitarian aid”, said NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg after the first day of the ministerial meeting. Mr Stoltenberg said he hoped that it will be possible to extend this pause even further.
