EU single market reform, Enrico Letta outlines positioning of forthcoming report

On Thursday 26 October, the President of the Jacques Delors Institute, Enrico Letta, discussed his report on the future of the single market with members of the European Parliament’s Industry Committee (ITRE).

Discussions focused mainly on the technical and financial issues surrounding the reform of the internal market (see EUROPE B13252A8). With Mr Letta’s report still at the drafting stage, this was above all an opportunity to define the expectations of MEPs.
