Post-Cotonou Partnership Agreement between EU and 79 ACP countries will be signed on 15 November in Samoa

26/10/23 (Agence Europe) – The signing ceremony for the Post-Cotonou Agreement - a renewed and modernised partnership agreement between the EU and the 79 African, Caribbean and Pacific countries that are members of the Organisation of ACP States (OACPS) - will take place on Wednesday 15 November in Apia (Samoa, Pacific) (see EUROPE B13256A23, B13227A7), on the occasion of the 46th meeting of the ACP/EU Council of Ministers.
