In addition to reform of electricity market, European Ministers will be discussing winter preparations and energy cooperation with Ukraine

On Tuesday 17 October, the Council of European Energy Ministers will focus on negotiations between Member States to reach an EU Council agreement on the reform of the electricity market (see EUROPE B13270A1). Other items are also on the agenda.
