EU welcomes delivery of humanitarian aid to Karabakh Armenians

18/09/2023 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, welcomed, on Monday 18 September, the simultaneous passage of humanitarian freight via the Lachin corridor and the Agdam road for the Karabakh Armenians. “This must now be regularised”, he said on X (formerly Twitter). He considered it essential that talks be initiated between Azerbaijan and the Karabakh Armenians on their rights and security, which the EU stands ready to support.
