Josep Borrell condemns bombing of flooded areas after destruction of Kakhovka dam

09/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, condemned, on the evening of Thursday 8 June, the bombardments that are jeopardising efforts to rescue innocent civilians in the Kherson region following the destruction of the Kakhovka dam. “We call on Russia to cease these unacceptable actions immediately”, he stressed on Twitter.
