Council of Europe creates a “Register” of sums owed by Russia following judgments of European Court of Human Rights

09/06/2023 (Agence Europe) – The Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers reminded the Russian authorities, on Thursday 8 June, of their obligation to comply with the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights in all cases concerning events occurring before 16 September 2022 and to pay the corresponding “just satisfaction”.
