On 31 May, the Swedish Presidency of the EU Council will once again call on the Member States on the issue of the directive on workers on digital platforms, with a draft mandate that has been slightly amended compared to the text presented on 24 May (see EUROPE B13187A23).
The latter text failed to win support, as a group of countries continued to form a blocking minority, for different reasons, and Germany was still unable to express a position.
