On Wednesday, Swedish Presidency of EU Council will again attempt to obtain an agreement from Member States on issue of workers on digital platforms

On 31 May, the Swedish Presidency of the EU Council will once again call on the Member States on the issue of the directive on workers on digital platforms, with a draft mandate that has been slightly amended compared to the text presented on 24 May (see EUROPE B13187A23).

The latter text failed to win support, as a group of countries continued to form a blocking minority, for different reasons, and Germany was still unable to express a position.
