17/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 17 April, the European Commission opened a consultation on the implementation of the Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation (TTBER) and related guidelines. It will run until 24 July 2023. Technology transfer agreements are those in which a stakeholder allows a business partner to use certain technological rights.
