T&E says leasing companies are undermining transition to electric vehicles

28/02/23 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 28 February, the NGO Transport & Environment (T&E ) published a study in which it considers that leasing companies are hindering the transition to electric cars because of their high prices and “weak zero emission targets”.
