Serbian and Kosovar leaders approve EU proposal, but still need to work on implementation

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, announced on the evening of Monday 27 February that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and Kosovar Prime Minister Albin Kurti had agreed that there was no need for further discussions on the EU proposal (see EUROPE B13129A9). The two leaders agreed in principle on this proposal.
