EU extends restrictive measures by one year

27/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council decided on Monday 27 February to extend for one year, until 28 February 2024, the restrictive measures related to internal repression in Belarus and the regime’s support for the war against Ukraine. 195 people, including the Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, are subject to an asset freeze and a visa ban.
