EU and Ukraine sign €100 million aid package for school reconstruction

16/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission and the Ukrainian government have signed a €100 million aid package for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of war-damaged school facilities, the Commission announced on Friday 16 December. €34 million will be humanitarian aid, of which €20 million will be channelled through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and €14 million through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
