EU Council approves increased humanitarian aid in 2022 and 2023

21/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 21 November, the Council of the EU approved its position on a draft amending budget (number 5 for 2022), which allows for an increase of €395 million in humanitarian aid in 2022 to respond to the challenges linked to the war in Ukraine (see EUROPE B13036A15).
