Czech Presidency of the EU Council proposes to set maximum authorisation period of three months for solar energy equipment

On Monday 14 November, the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union submitted to the Member States a first draft compromise on the proposal for a Council Regulation aimed at stimulating the deployment of renewable energies in the European Union by speeding up and facilitating the procedures for granting the permits necessary for their installation.
