Six Indian CCPs will no longer be able to offer their services in EU from 1 May 2023

02/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 31 October, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) announced that six central counterparties (CCPs) established in India will have their recognition decisions withdrawn under the EMIR (648/2012) governing market infrastructures.
