Silesia in Poland will benefit from €70 million

30/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 30 September, the European Commission approved an investment of €70 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) for Silesia in southern Poland. With this funding, the region plans to develop technologies for recycling lithium-ion batteries. The first pilot phase will end in 2023. A second phase of optimisation and development will then run until 2027. The envelope approved on Friday belongs to the 2014-2020 programming period....
