30/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – The terrorist attack on the Kaaj education centre in Kabul “is yet another heinous crime and a violation of international law”, according to European External Action Service (EEAS) spokesperson, Nabila Massrali. In a statement on Friday 30 September, the EU condemns these attacks on innocent civilians and calls on the authorities to fulfil their obligations to protect their population and bring those responsible to justice.
