European Commission has opened a period for feedback on a draft amendment on type approval of light-duty vehicles

24/05/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission opened, on Monday 23 May, a period for feedback on a draft amendment to Regulation 2017/1151 on the type approval of light-duty vehicles. Recently, it launched a call for evidence on fines for non-compliance with approval rules (see EUROPE B12882A27). The deadline for feedback is 20 June.
