30/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – On 30 March the representatives of the 27 Member States approved the provisional interinstitutional agreement concluded by the French Presidency of the Council of the EU (FPEU) on the regulation establishing an International Procurement Instrument (IPI) (see EUROPE B12910A8). The European Parliament vote to adopt the agreement is not expected to take place before June. The FPEU’s aim is for the regulation to be adopted before the end of the semester.(LM)
