RT France’s request to suspend EU Council sanctions rejected

In an order issued on Wednesday 30 March, the President of the General Court of the European Union rejected the application for interim measures by the audiovisual channel RT France to suspend the broadcasting ban imposed on it by the EU Council on 1 March (see EUROPE B12901A5 and B12902A9), in response to the propaganda action carried out by the Russian authorities in the European Union in parallel with the Russian invasion of Ukraine (case T-125/22).
