Entry into force of new Guidelines for ‘Climate, Environment and Energy’

27/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 27 January, the European Commission formally endorsed the new Guidelines on State aid for Climate, Environmental protection and Energy (‘CEEAG’). The CEEAGs are applicable from this date(see EUROPE B12858A2).
