European Commission suspends anti-dumping duties on Chinese aluminium for nine months
Brussels, 11/10/2021 (Agence Europe)

The European Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of flat rolled aluminium products from China and suspended it on the same day for nine months. The implementing regulation and the implementing act were published on Monday 11 October in the Official Journal of the EU to enter into force the following day. 

By April 2021, the EU had introduced provisional tariffs on these products ranging from 19.3 to 46.7% (see EUROPE B12696A14). After an investigation determined...
